The substantial portion of the cover shows a large dirigible, docked at a mooring mast in a ground hangar. The dirigible appears in various shades of blue, black, and white, and on its left side has a white star in a blue circle, with a red circle inside the star. Its tail fin in yellow.

The hangar is in several shades of light blue, with its rear windows showing in orange.

The top and right background is yellow. A radio tower is at lower right.
