The top cover label has a gray background, with a white outer border, gray inner border, then white, then a think grayu line border.

"PARLOR QUOITS" (on a concave down baseline) appears at the top of the cover in red with a black outline, and with a larger "P" and "S", on a dull pale greenish (faded?) background.

The main illustration appears below (in black and white except as noted).
