A bluish label is attached to the wooden box top and has black print.

The top border has "FUN FOR THE" in white on a black border; then a device of 3 small, 1 large, and 3 small wink outlines; then "ENTIRE HOME CIRCLE".

The right and left borders each show the device of 3, 1, 3 winks.

The bottom border has "JUST OUT"; the device of 3, 1, 3 winks; and "I. B. & W. CO."

At center is an illustration of 3 people: a girl, mustachioed man, and boy, smiling. The man is holding a box and pointing at it with his right index finger. A curving banner goes from left to right around this illustration, with "TIDDLEDY" on the left and "WINKS" on the right, both in white on a black banner.
