The game includes 4 cups, in green, red, blue, and yellowish-white. The following points appear on the target: 100, 200, 300, and 500. Illustrations on the game device are in red.

The metal playing surface has a rounded rectangular base measuring 6 1/4" wide by 18 1/2" high with a 3/8" outer lip. The background is in yellowish-white and most text and illustrations are red.

At the base, the logo appears in a horizontal lozenge shape, "WOLVERINE" above "MADE IN" above "U.S.A.".

Above that is the metal catapult, measuring 4 1/2" long by 1/2" wide. It is attached to the base with a rivet where the catapult has a pointed end. The other end is rounded. A 3/8" diameter hole is in the catapult starting 5/8" belong the rounded tip.

The "DIRECTIONS" appear above and beneath the catapult on the base.

A trapezoid shaped like a searchlight extends from above the directions to the top of the base, in red.

At lower center, "JINGLE" appears to the left of the red trapezoid and "CUPS" to the right.

The catapult is used to propel winks towards a series of four cups. Each cup has a round open top and sides that curve inward toward the base. The first cup is a light green one, which is loosely mounted in the center of the playing surface on a red metal flange that is attached to the base. When a wink hits a cup, the cup rings.

The remaining 3 cups are mounted on a continuation of the red metal flange that steps up along a set of stairsteps with a yellowish-white side. The second cup in the series is red, and is elevated higher than the green one. Similarly, the third cup is light blue, elevated higher than the red, and the last cup near the top of the playing surface is yellowish-white, elevated higher than the light blue.

To both the left and right of the series of cups is a series of bell illustrations. Each has two bells, one of which has a number from "100" near the green cup, to "200" near the red cup, "300" near the blue cup, and "500" near the yellowish-white cup.
