Below, six men are riding horseback to the right across the center. "GREAT" (black outline with orangish-tan interior with a straight baseline) appears over three of the riders and horses.
"WAR GAME" (same style as "GREAT") is bwloe over ground, with two explosions shown at bottom left of center and right of center.
"COPYRIGHT" appears in the orangish-tan outer border at bottom left.
The cover illustrator, "CHAS. A." above "WALKER" (in black) is shown at lower right.

6 cardboard pieces, each showing an infantry man on a horse (multicolor)
6 cardboard pieces, each showing 6 helmeted infantry men in a trench behind a wooden barrier next to a stream of water.
3 round, white cardboard pieces representing Red Cross Tents, each showing a red cross and "FORFEIT" over "10" (in black) at center.
8 round cardboard wagon wheels (brown and black), plus 4 wooden axles to connect them and 4 black wooden axles as artillery guns mounted on them.
4 rectangular cardboard pieces, each in gray with "10" (in blue), 2 small black squares, and a small square hole. These are attached over the wagon wheels.
A very small red and white cloth flag on a metal pole on a wooden base.
Bone squidgers (1 1/8" diameter): 1 red, 1 green, 1 dull blue.
