Cover label has a gray outer border, with the "J. W. S. & S. BAVARIA" dagger logo; box dimensions are 5 3/8" x 4 7/8" x 1 7/8". Rules label under box lid. The inside box build-up has three compartments, the deeper one for the cup.

Cover similar to SPE-06 and SPE-07, with different box sizes and titles.

At lower right is the "J. W. S. & S." over "BAVARIA" on a dagger (in black). Overlapping the logo is a red triangular design.

"Bavaria" appears in the lower right bottom margin.
