A pelican appears at center-to-right, with a long two-tone yellow/orange beak, medium blue head and main body, dark blue top of wing, black eyes with teal blue and white. 11 or so winks of various colors fill the pelican's pouch.

Short ends: red background with "SLIMLINE Ref. 350D" above "TIDDLYWINKS".

Long ends: blue background with Guardsman Games logo, "TARGET" in black above "Tiddlywinks" in yellow with black outline & shadow to lower left.

The game playing surface is printed on a rectangular piece of cardboard (8" by 9 1/4") that is folded in half that has a hole (1 5/8") in the center. Around the hole is a green ring marked "25" at bottom and "25" upside-down at top. Outside that is a square with black borders and segments with black borders, colored backgrounds, and black numbers, clockwise: "10" on blue in one corner, "20" on yellow next to it, "15" on blue in another corner, and then "5" on red next to it; these four areas are repeated going clockwise around.

Outside that numbered area, and on the outside of the target is a border of green squares around all edges, some with yellow numbers on them, some empty, clockwise: blank, "7", blank, "8", blank, "4", "2", "S" with a right arrow above in the corner, blank, "5", blank, "9", blank, blank in corner, "4", blank, "10", blank, "3", blank, "5" on corner, blank, "6", blank, "20", "3", and then the original blank again.

A square (2 1/2" by 2 1/2") thin white plastic piece with a round cup (1 1/2" in diameter at top, 3/8" tall) fits under the game playing surface into the center hole.

The game comes with the following injection-molded plastic squidgers and winks with burrs:

Squidgers (7/8" in diameter): 4 bright green.

Winks (5/8" in diameter): 4 dark green, 4 dark blue, 4 dark red, 4 yellow.
