Label with offwhite outer border. A red background covers 3/4 of the top of the label, with a light blue floor below.

"TIDLEY WINKS" is shown in yellow with a black outline at top, with the "W" starting lower than the "Y".

A crown symbol appears in a light blue circle to the right below the title letters, "KS".

Filling most of the label is a clown wearing a red/yellow conical hat, with a black cat shown on his chest on a white shirt, a white frilly collar with red lines around his neck, white baggy pants to his knees, orange hexagramson them just above his knees, red and yellow armbands, red/black socks to knees, and white shoes with a dark decoration on them. The clown is holding a white wink in his left hand, above the cup.

A brown-red concave-sided cup appears to the right of the clown, with various winks in the air heading toward it.

At bottom is a scroll with "ROYAL SERIES OF GAMES." shown in black on yellow with red edges.

The game comes witih a sheet of paper (8 1/2" x 7 3/8") marked "Place the WOOD CUP HERE." in a square at center and "Tidley Winks." in each of 6 squares surrounding it.

One copy (copy 1) of the game contains a two-tier, glossy, natural finish wooden cup that resembles one included in the game Pagodah and may or may not be original to this game. The bottom tier cup (2" top and bottom diameter, straight angled sides, protruding base, with a 1 5/8" minimum diameter just above the base) has a pole (1/4" diameter, about 2 7/8" tall) sticking up from within and attached to the center bottom inside of the cup. The top tier cup (1" top diameter, vertically straight sides, and rounded bottom) has a 1/4" hole in its underside that is to be attached on top of the pole attached to the bottom tier cup.

One copy (copy 1) includes:

1 bone squidger (1 1/8"): green.

1 bone squidger (1 1/16"): pink and worn blue.

1 bone squidger (7/8"): bluish-green and yellow.

Bone winks (5/8"): 3 dark blue, 2 green, 4 pink, 5 red, 8 white, and 4 purple.

Bone winks (11/16"): 3 dark green and 2 red.
