The top label is small, only covering about a quarter of the box top. The outer border is red, then a black line, then a yellow border, then a black line, and then (only at top and bottom), a red/black dental pattern.

The main illustration inside this front in the top 2/3 is blue (horizontal waves of blue lines) and the bottom 1/3 is green.

At top on the light blue background, "Tiddleywinks" appears in black script with a line extending from the "s" back under through the first "d".

At left below, on the green background, fingers hold a red squidger on a yellow wink. At right, a yellow concave cup is shown with two black lines at bottom where the base is wider than the sides.

Various winks appear in the air over the cup, plus a few appear on the green surface.
