The target is a box-bottom build-up with concentric circles and a 1 1/2" hole at center where the cup is placed. From center outward, the concentric circles are: red ("10"), teal ("5"), yellow ("3"), and the remaining outside to the square edge, green ("1").

Bakelite or injection-molded plastic cup (1 7/8"' top diameter, 1 1/8" bottom diameter, 1 1/2" tall, with concave sides), colored with splotches of dark red and dark brown. The cup's bottom has "BERWICK'S LIVERPOOL." around top and "3" at bottom.
