"TIDDLEDY" at top and "WINKS" at bottom in light blue with blue outline; the letters in "TIDDLEDY" are concave-down at the bottom, and the letters in "WINKS" are concave at top.

Winks (two red, one green, one yellow) with black legs and smiling faces (the yellow and one red wink) are leap-frogging each other.

"850A" appears at lower left.
