At lower left are two white/black rackets and a ball, both over a red background area that extends to the right. Fancy devices appear at upper left (black, yellow, red) and upper right (same, but different device).

At upper left there is a shield (brown with black outlines) has "REG." (black) at upper left, then "NATIONAL" (black) on a diagonal from lower left to upper right, and then "TRADE" above "MARK" at lower right.

Separate folding board with tennis court. Outer side of board has similar label as implement box cover. However, upper left has the National shield logo, and left and right have yellow + black flower-like devices on their sides. Inside target depicts tennis court with numbered targets from 5 to 25, and is also marked "COPYRIGHT No. 10146" on both ends.
