The box top has a wraparound label. The cover has a yellow background. "Target" (in double-quotes) appears at top left in purple. Below and to the right: "TIDDLY" above "WINKS" (in white with black shadows) on a purple rectangle inside a bright green border.

A boy archer is shown left, looking right, with an arrow in his bow aimed at an archery target to the right. The boy's hat is green with white stitching, the shirt is green with a white crosshatch, the pants are green, and the belt is purple. A purple feather sticks out of his cap. A girl archer appears in the background at left. Another boy archer appears in the background at center.

A white castle is shown at right with purple turrets and green flags. A portion of a tree and green leaves appears across the top and at upper right, with a brown squirrel in it.

The cylindrical black cup (1 5/8" top and bottom diameter) has a protruding ring just below top, has vertical ridges on the sides, and "3-2H" protruding on bottom.

Squidgers (1" diameter, somewhat cheap plastic with circular scrape marks on top and bottom plus sharp joins on the edges): 1 red, 1 bright yellow, 1 medium blue.

Squidger (1" diameter, quality plastic, no burrs): 1 dull yellow with an orange tinge.

Winks (5/8" diameter, somewhat cheap plastic with circular scrape marks on top and bottom plus sharp joins on the edges): 4 red, 4 dull yellow, 4 medium blue.
