TIDDLEY WINKS
Place the box, containing the board with cup in centre, in the middle of the table. The players each choose a set of counters of a particular colour, endeavour (each having three turns in succession) to “snip ” the smaller counters on to the board by pressing the edge of each smaller counter with the edge of a larger one.
When the counter falls on to a number and stops there, that number is credited to the score of the player who has shot the counter.
After all the counters have been used they are taken back again, with the exception of those which have fallen into the cup, these must remain there and their use is lost to the respective players during the game. The order of play is then repeated until a player reaches the score of 200 wins.

A smiling boy (with a yellow/black tie and same-colored hair, pale blue shirt) appears at upper left, shooting a wink. A smiling girl (with yellow/tan top and yellow/black hair) appears at center right. Both have rosy cheeks.
Below the two children, "Tiddley" appears above "Winks" (in red with a black stylized outline), with the "W" below the "y" . A cylindrical yellow cup is shown to the left of the "W", with a white wink flying into it. THree winks are on the table surface to the left and two to the right.
2 shorter sides: 17 winks of various colors on a pink background.
2 longer sides: "TIDDLEY" (concave down) above "WINKS" (concave up) with the "W" below the "Y", in very pale blue with a black stylized outline, on a white banner, with 12 winks of various colors and pale blue cup at right, all on a pink background.
light brown with the edges of the pale blue wraparound label on the box bottom.
1 red wooden die (7/16" in each dimension) with golden spots.
The game includes two targets: numbers marked on the box-bottom build-up, and a cup that goes into the hole (1 3/4") in the build-up's center.
The box build-up (6 1/4" wide, 4 1/2" high, and 1" tall) has a yellow background with red lines radiating from the hole in its center. From upper left to upper right, the following numbered targets appear: "10" (white) on a red circle with black outline; "25" (red) on a yellow lozenge with a blue outline; "20" (red) on a white circle with a blue outline; "25" (white) on a blue lozenge; and "15" (white) on a red circle with a black outline. The same appears from lower right to lower left (in other words, in the reverse order). To the left and to the right of the hole is a "5" (blue) on white circle with blue outline.
The game incldues a Bakelite or compression-molded cup with a mottled dark and medium brown appearance, which is marked "MADE IN" around top of cup bottom, "ENGLAND" around bottom of cup bottom, and "J&LR" across the center of the cup bottom; this cup may not be original to this set.
