Yellow border, red background. "LADDER" above "TIDDLEDY" above "WINKS" in yellow with internal black lines, plus black shadow. Young girl at left (blonde hair, blue dress with white dots), dog at center (white with brown ears), and boy at right (red hair, yellow shirt). All are playing on a blue table with the target (from box bottom but with different colors).

All four the same: yellow background, red and green wink at left, "LADDER" above "TIDDLEDY WINKS" in yellow in center, blue and red wink at right.

Cardboard target sits inside box bottom. Each of the four corners has a yellow square. One is empty, two say "FREE PLAY" (in red), and the last has the rules in 3 steps (red).

At center is another yellow square, marked 10 four times, with a hole in the middle for the cup. The blue cup is of lightweight wood (1 5/8" upper diameter, 1 1/2" lower diameter, 3/4" tall).

Forming a plus sign around the center square are 4 red squares, each with two rectangular holes, and each marked 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 on each side of each red square.

Large plastic winks (7/8"): 1 blue, 1 red, 1 yellow.

Small plastic winks (5/8"): 3 blue, 3 red, 3 yellow.
