The bifold cardboard game board measures 16 7/8" wide and 18 3/4" high. It has an overall green background and shows the "LAS VEGAS" title at top alternating in black and red letters. Each black letter has either a heart or diamond on it, and each ref letter a club or spade on it. Various white stars appears before and after the title and between letters. Five cards are shown to the left of the title, Ace of hearts, ace of clubs, 10 diamonds, 10 spades, and 10 clubs. To the right of the title are stacks of chips: black, red, and white. "COPYRIGHT 1954 LITH-O-WARE PRODUCTS INC." appears below the title.

The playing surface on the game board consists of a 17 by 17 array of rectangles, with a white boundary on the green board. It is onto these cells that the game pieces, with images of playing card faces, are placed.

The center rectangle on the game board shows a red star.

Every other row of the game board starting at the top shows a playing card face image in two cells of the row. These range from Ace (of hearts) in the upper left cell, King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and another 2. These card images are roughly on the diagonals and in the left and right cells of the central row. Under each card in a cell is a message to either "ADD 30", "ADD 20", or "ADD 10".

"COPYRIGHT 1954 LITH-O-WARE PRODUCTS INC." appears below again at lower right on the game board.

160 rectangular cardboard tiles are provided. Each tile has the face of a playing card on one site. In addition, 2 Las Vegas Wild jokers tiles are provided.

4 racks are provided for displaying the card tiles for up to 4 players or teams.
