The wraparound label has a thin dark blue stripe at top, then a rectangular red region below, then a dark blue rectangular region, then a wider rectangular red region, then a wider rectangular dark blue region at bottom.

On the top red region: "Copyright 1940 Cadaco-Ellis, Inc. Made in U.S.A.".

The title, "YANKEE" above "DOODLE" (white with dark blue outlines) appears over the center red region and in part over the dark blue bottom region. The "!" extends from the top red region to the bottom dark blue region.
