The cover has a label with a white background with a tinge of yellow. A brown line frames the main illustration.

The title appears on the left side of the cover, with "h" in red, "op" above "o' my" in green, above "H" in red and "at" in green, each letter with a black outline.

At left, a clown is holding a gray umbrella above him with both hands, while standing on his left foot with his right leg held up in the air with the knee bent. His white pants have red polka dots, and he's also wearing a white shirt with a frilly collar and waist with hints of red. He is wearing a white conical cap (with red stripes) and another such conical cap is below his right foot.

The logo appears in the lower right.

The game target consists of a 4 by 4 set of holes (3/4" in diameter) in an elevated build-up inside the box's base. The target's background color is blue. Yellow, green, and red stylized flower designs appear adjacent to each of the holes.

Below the hole target, printed on the inside box bottom, are values for each target hole cell. These are: top row (10, 10, 10, 10), second row (10, 50, 25, 10), third row (10, 25, 50, 10), and the fourth and bottom row (10, 10, 10, 10).

The game includes a catapult to flip flying hats, in the shape of a hand, which is made of cardboard with a natural wood rod beneath. The catapult is 4 1/2" long and around 2" wide at maximum.

The flying hats are paper cones (1 3/4" tall, 1 1/4" diameter) with metal-weighted tips inside the pointed ends of the cones: 2 offwhite and 1 dark blue.
