Round dark wooden playing surface is lacquered on top and side but not on the bottom. It is 8 1/2" in diameter and 1" high, with a concave top surface in which a top is spun to displace balls into numbered spots. The top surface includes 12 numbered recessed, colored spots around the periphery, numbered 10 (yellow), 1 (blue), 3 (red), 5 (green), 4 (yellow), 2 (blue), 10 (red), 1 (green), 1 (yellow), 5 (blue), 4 (red), and 2 (green).

Glassine envelope includes 1/4" colored balls: 2 red, 2 green, 2 blue, and 2 yellow.
