Cardboard target (maximum dimensions: 7 1/2" wide, 3 3/4" tall, 1 1/2" deep) had a blue-bodied dog at left, marked 4 below tongue; an orange-bodied dog at center, marked 2 below tongue; and a purple-bodied dog at right, marked 6. Below each number on dog is an opening into which each player intends to throw balls.

Balls (1/2" diameter): 1 mottled red and white, 1 mottled blue and white, 1 faintly green, 2 offwhite.
