Label with white outer border, then black line. Main background is yellow.

"PRETTY" (red with black shadow) is at upper left, on an upward curve from left upper center. To right and dominating game cover is a parrot perching on a green stand. The parrot has a black bill with white highlights, a red top, white and black around the eye, a breast area of red and marked "5", an upper wing mostly of light blue but also having two red bars and some white, and a tail with red below and light blue on top.

The stand on which the parrot is perched is green. The parrot is perched in the middle of a horizontal perch. To the left and also to the right are red cup targets attached to the green horizontal perch, each marked "3". From the middle of the horizontal green perch there is a vertical green element that attaches to a green stand at the bottom. Over the bottom stand, "GLEVUM" (in quotes) above "SERIES" appears.

At lower left (in black): "MADE" above "IN" above "ENGLAND." over the yellow background.

At lower right (in black): "BRITISH" above "MANUFACTURE." over the yellow background.

Target attached to inside box bottom has 6 square compartments, 2 across and 3 down. Top row: "5" on green, "5" on red. Center row: "2" above "OFF" on red, "1" on yellow. Bottom row: "3" on blue, "4" above" "OFF" on red.

At the top of the center row in the box bottom is a wooden receptacle into which the cardboard Pretty Polly target is inserted and stands vertically.

The target (4 3/4" wide by 7 1/2" maximum tall) depicts the same "Pretty Polly" and numbers as shown on the box cover, and has "GLEVUM" (in quotes) above "SERIES." on the green base that attaches to the wooden receptacle.

Rings for tossing (1 7/8" outer diameter, 1 1/2" inner diameter): 1 red, 1 yellow, 2 green, 1 blue.
