The title "DOMINOES" (yellow with red outline then black shadow to lower left) appears at left on a curve.

Over most of the cover, a snorting dragon (yellow, and orange, with two orange horns) appears.

At upper right are white dominoes with black spots; some dominoes are balanced horizontally on top of two dominoes, reminiscent of Stonehenge slabs.

At lower right, two bearded prehistoric men (one orange hair, the other yellow-orange) are smiling; each is holding a stick with a different head, and each is wearing clothing that covers only one shoulder, in the same color as the man's hair.

"MADE IN ENGLAND" is shown at lower left in black.
