At upper left: "The Game of" (yellow) above "TRIANHOLE" (at diagonal upward to right, in red with black outline and background lime green shadow then black line shadow) above "FOR THE TABLE" (black) above "OR THE FLOOR" (black).

Brown table at an angle takes up most of the cover below the center. At left is a woman (short black hair, smiling, two-tone blue dress, red flower/black shawl over shoulder) who is looking at man (gray hair, balding, black suit, monocle, cigarette in mouth) at bottom of cover, looking away and about to throw a red ball at target (two-tone yellow, standing at at angle, with holes marked 30 - 50 - 30, 25 - 25, 20 - 10 - 20, 15 - 15, and 10 - [covered] - 10) from game box at other end of table. Natural shiny wooden game board (13 3/4" wide by 15 3/4" high by 1 3/4" tall at rear, 1/16" tall at front) has 13 target holes (2" diameter) with painted rings and values around each. Top row: 30 - dull yellow, 50 - red, 30 - blue. Second row: 25 - blue, 25 - dull yellow. Third row: 20 - blue, 10 - red, 20 - blue. Fourth row: 15 - dull yellow, 15 - green. Fifth (bottom) row: 10 - red, 5 - blue, 10 - red.

4 shiny painted balls to be rolled toward target with the objective of landing in one of the holes: 1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow, 1 blue.
