Below his nose and above his mouth is a scraggly offwhite and light blue mustache beard. He has bright red lips and a very wide smile, showing lots of teeth. He's wearing a blue bowtie, a red undervest, a green outer coat, vertically striped white pants, tall green socks, brown shoes, and a white/bluish collar. In the hand on the right he's holding a pipe, marked 3. In the hand to the left, he's holding a brown billy club, marked 3.

Above the top row in the box bottom are two wooden receptacles into which the cardboard Pat Bhoy target is inserted and stands vertically.

The target ( 5 7/8" wide by 8" maximum tall) depicts the same "Pat Bhoy" and numbers as shown on the box cover, though it has "JOLLY" above "RING GAME" etc. but does not include "Pat" nor "Bhoy".
