Label with yellow outer border, then red, then black line. Background for three-quarters of the top is yellow with a bit of orange at left. The of the background represents a table (black with double green lines near edges).

"TUMBLETTE" (red with black shadows) is at top right, filling two-thirds the width of the box.

Girl at left (brown hair, green dress, white collar) has hands on table.

Boy to her right (black hair, reddish-brown shirt, striped tie) is playing game by holding build-up in box bottom to balance the movement of a ovoid pill down the surface to the target holes. Below and to left of playing surface is a depiction of the box cover itself.

Playing piece is a pill capsule (red and white, 3/4" by 1/4" ovoid) with a metal weight inside that makes it stand up on one end. The objective is to roll this piece from one end of the playing surface to the other where the numbered holes are.
