Label with white outer border, then black. Top three-quarters has a multi-brown background, as if a stage curtain. Bottom one-quarter has a rippled red background, as if decorative fabric coming down from a stage.

"THE" (brown with pale yellow shadow) at left upper-center, sideways and vertically upward. "JUGGLER" (pale yellow with brown shadow) at top on a curve, with letters not fully lined up. These letters are in a semicircle above a juggler's hands, as if he is juggling the letters.

The juggler takes up most of the illustration. He has a red know, a red upward cape behind his head, a white cap, a frizz of red hair on forehead, a decorative bauble vertically up from his nose, white gloves on hands outreached to left and right (in juggling), and an outfit of dark green, light green, red, and white, with two buttons at waist, and very large billowing legs, along with white shoes and red on top of them.

A yellow rectangular marquee is attached at bottom to red curtain. It has "A" above "BALL-SHOOTING" above "GAME" on it.

At bottom left: "BRITISH MANUFACTURE" (black).

At bottom center: "GLEVUM" (in quotes) and "SERIES" (black).

At bottom right: "MADE IN ENGLAND."

Cardboard target (9 3/4" by 11 3/4" maximum in each direction) depicts a clown. The clown has a three-pronged hat, marked 4, 5, and 4. The clown has his hands clenched with thumbs up, both marked 3. Clown's face, ears, and neck are white, other than his red lips, cheeks, and lines between black eyebrows. Red spot is below lips, and below that is marked 5. Clown is wearing decorative collar with black line on outside, then red, yellow, red, then white in radial segments separated in blue. Upper sleeves are white with green spots. Lower sleeves are red/white strips. Each wrist has a frilly white/blue element. Stomach area has two blue bands and top and one at bottom, plus squiggly concentric lines inside of yellow, red, blue, yellow/red dots, and black, with white separating them. Below that is are white/red frills around waist, then below blue ovals.

Attached to back of clown target are green pieces of wood at left and right rear with a metal wire connecting them. Attached between them are shorter green pieces of wood, each of which has its own vertical metal wire and a two-color plastic balloon (1 1/2" diameter) attached at top. From left to right: green/blue balloon, teal/purplish-blue, orange/red, blue/teal, blue/green. The objective is to shoot a pellet from the gun to knock balloons down, thereby garnering the point associated as marked on the clown.

Black metal gun is marked "GLEVUM" on either side, and has a latch to pull back the "bullet" into the end of the gun, and a trigger to shoot.

7 various colored cotton balls are included as "bullets" to shoot at the plastic balloons.
