On the diagonal from upper left to near lower right is a medium dull blue area with parallel top and bottom, with a small white area below; this blue and white diagonal curls up near the lower right. "Tiddledy Winks" appears in black on the blue diagonal.

The background is red below the diagonal. Starting at lower left, over most of the red area, is the title, "Spring" (in white with black then white shadow). At lower right is the Otto Maier logo: an "M" over an eye-shaped "O" in black inside a white circle with two black line borders.

In upper right, on a light blue background, there is a light brown cup with concave sides and two black line rings near base. 5 yellow disks are in the air around cup: "1 MARK 1893", "1 MARK 189", and 3 with a stylized bird with "AR" on some.

The game comes with a natural turned wooden cup (2 1/8" top diameter, 2 1/4" bottom diameter, 1 3/4" high, 1/8" thick top rim, straight sides that tape down to 1/4" narrower around the cup near the base, where there are three steps of widening to the bottom) that is shiny on the sides and inside but nonshiny on the flat bottom.

One copy (copy 1) of this game comes with the following bone squidgers and winks:

Squidgers (1" in diameter): 1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow (with a small chip), and 1 purple.

Winks (11/16" in diameter): 3 red, 3 green (including one chipped), 2 yellow (including one with a small chip), 3 purple, 1 orange, and 1 offwhite.
