The cover has a label with a white background. A brown line frames the main illustration.

The title appears on the top of the cover, with "h" in red, "op" above "o' my" in green, then "H" in red and "at" in green, each letter with a black outline.

At right, a clown is holding a gray umbrella above him with both hands, while standing on his left foot with his right leg held up in the air with the knee bent. His white pants have red polka dots, and he's also wearing a white shirt with a frilly collar and waist with hints of red. He is wearing a white conical cap (with red stripes)

At left, another clown (with red spotted pants and dark yellow/white striped shirt, wearing white conical cap with some dark yellow stripes plus a bouffant red crown on top of the cap) is leaning to the right toward the other clown.

The game target consists of a 7 by 7 set of holes (3/4" in diameter) in an elevated build-up inside the box's base. The target's background color is blue. Yellow, green, and red stylized flower designs appear adjacent to each of the holes.

Below the hole target, printed on the inside box bottom, are values for each target hole cell. These are: top and bottom row (10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10), second and sixth row (10, 25, 25, 25, 25, 25, 10), third and fifth row (10, 25, 50, 50, 50, 25, 10), and fourth row (10, 25, 50, 100, 50, 25, 10).

The game includes 2 catapults to flip flying hats, in the shape of a hand, which is made of cardboard with a natural wood rod beneath. Each catapult is 6 1/4" long and around 2" wide at maximum.

The flying hats are paper cones (1 3/8" tall, 1" diameter) with metal-weighted tips inside the pointed ends of the cones: 1 black, 1 blue, 1 green, 1 orange.
