Label with white outer border, then blue. Background is yellow in an trapezoid starting and wider at top. Below that is a smaller brown trapezoid. To left and to right are red right triangles, clipped at the top in the upper corners. Thin yellow rectangular background below all the above.

"The Game" above "of" in script at upper left. "Hop-It" in quotes (brownish-purple with black outline).

At upper right: "BRITISH" above "MANUFACTURE." above "MADE IN ENGLAND" (all white).

Playing surface is attached inside box bottom.

Top part of playing surface is a rectangular (6 1/2" by 8") target with 20 holes (4 across, 5 down), each marked with a value. Top row: 20 (red), 10 (blue), 10 (yellow), 20 (green). Second row: 15 (green), 5 (red, 5 (blue), 15 (yellow). Third row: 10 (yellow), 5 (green), 5 (red), 10 (blue). Fourth row: 15 (blue), 10 (yellow), 10 (green), 15 (red). Bottom row: 10 (red), 15 (blue), 15 (yellow), 10 (green).

Bottom part of playing surface is a wooden box with a slanted front inside the playing surface. A metal ring and rod come out on the bottom side of the box and is attached to a wooden rod that is used to propel a ball towards the numbered target. The remainder of the shooting area is a pattern of gold rock-like outlines with brown and light blue spots inside, plus white radiating lines between the rock-like outlines.

Separating the shooting area from the target is a green triangular elongated piece of wood.
