Label with white outer border, then red, then black line. The main background in the top three-quarters is yellow, becoming paler toward the bottom. The bottom one-quarter shows a grassy field.

The title, "Flohzirkus", appears near the top in red with a black outline and shadow, in a cursive font.

Below the title is a balding clown, with brown hair over each ear, riding a pig at the bottom on the grass. The clown has a red nose, red lips, and whiteface surrounding his lips. He is wearing long red coat, vest that is blue on the sides and white/light blue between with buttons. Below the vest is a green sash around the hips with two red buttons. He is sporting a multicolor polka dot black bowtie around his neck, a yellow flower on his lapel, and is wearing pants with a blue crosshatch pattern with black and a yellow dot in each cell. He is wearing red shoes with a black tip.

Below the clown and pig, at the lower right, is the "B K" logo with white flowers to the left and right of a forest of trees and hills behind.

The game target is a folding cardboard stand with color illustrations of two ostriches, two clowns, an American Indian riding a horse, and elephant, a pig, and a monkey on the high wire. It has 10 holes on each half, not directly the same on each side.

The squidgers and winks are provided in blue, green, red, and yellow colors.

1 squidger is provided for each color, measuring 13/16" in diameter and about 1/16" thick.

4 winks are provided for each color, each measuring 9/16" in diameter and 1/16" thick.
