The game board measures 26 1/2" wide by 19" tall. It folds vertically over a cardboard bend, and horizontally over a cloth bend.
The race path starts with 1 at lower left and ends at 68 near lower left. Most steps on the path is light orange and numbered from 1 to 68. The background of some steps come from the background, either grass or water in the riverMost numbers are black, but some are red.
The background is bothly green representing grass. A rive flows diagonally down on the left side of the board, with bridges on the path at either end.
White geese appear periodically on the path, usually with a human chasing or threatening them or them chasing a human.
At lower right is a circle depicting a poultry dinner and glasses.
6 painted metal mover game pieces are provided, each depicting a white goose but with different color lozenge-shaped bases: brown, red, yellow, white, blue, and green.
