Cover Description

The cover label is subdivided into a variety of squares, horizontal rectangles, and vertical rectangles. The colors have dulled over time.

In the four corners are squares with a human-like statue, each in a different pose.

At top center is a rectangle with a parade of people heading left, led by a jester, and including a young person holding a pole with a circular top, a bugler, a man holding a banner, etc.

At left and right, below and above the corners are vertical rectangles with illustrations (white, light blue, blue) of various designs of cupids and/or winged creatures with male profiles in center circles.

Inside the upper ones are two wider vertical rectangles, the one at left with "LES" above "TIRAILLEURS" above "INTERNATIONALES" in black on a background that is light blue at top and pinkish at bottom. The one at right has "INTERNATIONAL" above "PRICE-" above "SHOOTING" on a similarly colored background. Between them at top is a square with concentric black/white circles, flags in the top corners, a red outfitted boy at lower left, and a green boy at lower right.

Below the square at upper center is another, tall vertical rectangle with "Internationales" above "Wett-" above "schiessen", on a similarly colored background. This rectangle is open at the bottom where it connects to a horizontal rectangle. At their intersection is a king sitting on a throne, elevated on a stand with a red cloth or carpet over it (marked "Th. G. M." on a diagonal scroll), with 3 steps up to the throne from the top of the stand. Around the throne is a curved green/yellow/pink/light blue gazebo with curved top and cupid with wings on top. At bottom to the left and right of the throne stand are a variety of peoples standing, and at left and right, sitting.

The two remaining inner sections outside and above the throne section depict a castle in the left one and a town's buildings in the right one.

Contents

The trifold game board measures 11" wide by 29" high by 1/16" thick, with a black outer border and a gray back.

At bottom is a wood-grained rectangle on which a felt shooting pad most likely was attached.

Above it are 20 rectangles progressing upward to near the top. Each rectangle is split into 3 sections by a continuous angled line throughout all 20 rectangles, widening the outer sections and narrowing the inner sections. The inner section of each rectangle is white and numbered from 1 near the bottom to 20 near the top. Both outer sections of each rectangle are light blue and numbered from 21 near bottom to 2 near top.

Above the 2 - 20 - 2 rectangle , the angled line forms a half-circle curve, which is white inside [and marked "30" by blue pen by an owner], as does the outer section's outer lines, forming an outer half-circle curve that is light blue.

Overlapping the white half-circle curve and the 2 - 20 - 2 rectangle is a black circle, with white inside, and then an inner red circle marked "50."

The light blue outer half-circle is marked "1" on each side.

The left and right sides of the game board depict people doing a variety of things. The left one, from top, depicts a man shooting a rifle, a girl and boy walking in the woods, a man simultaneously blowing a horn and drumming, two women dressed in nun-like clothing, and a man with his hat held high and a bowed rifle in his right hand.

The right side depicts, from top, a man with a straw-like hat holding a bowed rifle, a young girl and boy looking at him, a white goat, two men talking, a woman in white and a man in blue/black holding both hands, and a white round object.
