The cover of the wraparound label has a border of red/black bars. Inside that, a yellow border. The main cover background is red.

The title, "TIDLEYWINKS" (in white with black border and yellow trace around entire word) appears at top on a concave-down curve. A horizontal yellow stripe appears across the middle of the cover.

At bottom, there is a white-ish blue pot with 5 white winks on the surface around it.

The two long aprons (top and bottom): red/black bar border with a black background between that has an inset (from left to right) of a cup, hand, cup, hand, and cup (in white).

The left apron has the same red/black bar border with a black background inside that has: "THE CHAD VALLEY GAMES" (in black) inside a long white oval with concave corners.

The right apron has the same red/black bar border with a black background inside that has "MADE AT HARBORNE, ENGLAND" (in black) inside a long white oval with concave corners.

Each of the 4 aprons are half-height over the box bottom and have no notches.
