The cover label has a white border then black line.

At top, "HOOP-LA!" (red with black outline) appears over a blue background representing the inside top of a circus tent. The letters "H", "O", "O", and "P" are all intertwined.

The remaining 2/3 bottom portion of the illustration on the cover shows two clowns both throwing white conical hats at each other and sporting multiple such hats on their heads. These clowns are in a ring of a circus. Spectators appear in the stands behind a green wall with an orange railing.

At lower right is the logo consisting of "THE" around the top, "CV" overlapping across the center, and "SERIES" around the bottom, in a circle, all in red.
