The label on the cover has a white outer border, then a black line. The background in the top three-quarters is red.

Below are four children at a red table playing the game. The girl at left (black hair, white outfit with light blue spots) is holding a yellow squidger in her right hand on the table. In Copy 1:

The game target is attached on top of a box-bottom build-up. It consists of a 3 by 6 array of round (1 1/8" diameter) cut-outs on a thick white cardboard, with colors below each round cut-out, as follows (viewed vertically): row 1 is blue, yellow, red; row 2 is red, green, blue; row 3 is yellow, blue, yellow; row 4 is green, red, green; row 5 is blue, yellow, red; and row 6 is red, green, blue.

According to the rules, each wink landing fully in a yellow circle scores 10; green, 5; red, 3; and blue, 1.

Quality squidgers and winks (perhaps plastic; not bone) are provided in blue, green, red, and yellow.

1 squidger is included for each color, measuring 1 1/16" in diameter.

6 winks are provided for each color, each measuring around 5/8" in diameter.
