The target is a tic-tac-toe board made of thin yellow plastic. In addition to the 3 by 3 tic-tac-toe cells, one side of the yellow plastic piece has receptacles for storing 2 squidgers individually, and each set of the 2 colored winks separately.

1 squidger (1" in diameter) is provided in yellow and pale green.

19 winks (5/8") are included in each of yellow and black.
