The logo, "A" (red) over "Berwick" (black) over "Game" (red), all in an Old English font, appears in the lower left.

Above the logo is the top part of a purple cup, with a red wink in it.

Above the cup is a large yellow circle (black border) with Bugs Bunny depicts in it.

Around the left and top curve of the yellow circle are the following, from left to right: blue wink; purple wink with a young bear character; orange with Daffy Duck; green with Tweety Bird; slightly darker green with Sylvester; green with Yosemite Sam; purple with Elmer Fudd (below and between the previous two); and light blue with Porky Pig. Three human fingers are shown on the right edge of the cover, holding an orange squidger against a yellow wink that is shown just below the green wink with Yosemite Sam.

A box bottom build-up (10 1/2" wide by 7 3/4" high by 1" tall) has an illustration including numbered areas that constitute the game target, and has a hole (1 1/2" in diameter) at center in which the cup is placed. The hole originally was a yellow circular target with the value "50" (black with red outline); the punch-out is included in the game.

The target illustration shows, across the top: Daffy Duck at upper left holding a string connected to "30" (yellow) on a white/yellow star on a red rectangle; Bugs Bunny wincing to the right, with "LOSE" over "10" (white in a black circle) below him and "25" (red) on a similar card to his right; Porky Pig with "20" (yellow) on a similar star on a purple rectangle, Sylvester with left paw at nose and right paw on a black circle with "LOSE" over "10" (in white); then Tweety Bird at upper right holding a sign with "35" (light blue) on a similar star on a green rectangle sign. Across the bottom: Elmer Fudd is glaring at a green rectangular sign with "10" (yellow) in a similar star; "40" (light blue) in a similar star in a purple rectangle; unknown small character sweating while holding a red rectangle with "15" (green) on its shoulders at center bottom; and "5" (red) in a similar star on a yellow rectangle, with Yosemite Sam holding two green pistols around it at lower right.

At lower left, to the right of Elmer Fudd, is the logo with "A" (red) above "Berwick" (green) above "Game" in Old English font on a yellow/orange scroll.

Included is a medium-gray plastic injection-molded cup (1 3/4" top diameter, 1 1/8" bottom diameter, 1" tall, with a slight concave side and thicker top lip).

The game comes with the following squidgers and winks in a small cellophane bag:
