Below the red wave is a dark blue background. At left is a blond girl with pigtails and red/white striped blouse and light green skirt, with hands on a large yellow wink that is resting on the ground. To her right is a brown-haired girl, facing right, wearing a red dress with white collar and sleeve-ends, who is holding a large yellow wink in the air along with with a blond boy with red top, at upper right, both holding the yellow wink over a large clear serrated cup. Behind the feet of the girl in the red dress is a large light blue wink at an angle and over a large yellow wink. At lower right a brown-haired boy is standing and wearing a light green shorts and short-sleeved shirt.

The game includes a white glass cylindrical cup (1 7/8" top diameter, 1 3/4" bottom diameter, 1 3/8" tall) with sides with serrations that are 7/8" high on the sides.

The cardboard box bottom build-up (1 1/4" tall, 8 7/8" square) depicts the concentric game target. I has a 1 7/8" diameter hole at center. Outside the center is a yellow ring with "25 IN CUP" appearing four times. Outside that is a red ring with black border, with bubbles in each of four directions, within which "15" (in white with black shadow to lower right) appears. Outside that is a yellow ring with bubbles in each of four directions, within which "10" (in white in a dark blue circle) appears twice in each of the four directions. Outside that are four quarter-circle ring segments, each marked "5" (in white with black shadow to lower right) and two stars (in yellow with similar black shadow). Two of these ring segments, on opposite sides, are on a light blue background; the other two are on a red background. One ring segment with a light blue background has a "MADE" over "IN" over "U.S.A." mark within a shield (in dark blue). The ring segment to the right, with a red background, has "COPYRIGHT MCMXXXIX BY TRANSOGRAM COMPANY, INC., N.Y." and then "NO. 3144" (not "3244" (as on the cover) (in black text). Each of the four curved triangle cornders has a dark blue star on a white curve and "hat"-shaped area with yellow inside; two opposite ones have a light blue outer background and the other two, red.

The game includes the following plastic winks with wavy surfaces and edges that are square, not rounded, and no burrs:

Winks (7/8" in diameter, 1/16" thick): 5 white, 5 dark blue, 5 red, and 5 yellow.
