Label with white outer border, then medium blue. The inner background at top is orange, with "Tiddledy Winks" (yellow outline at top and left, brown outline at bottom and right, black inside at top, green in the middle, and medium blue at bottom).

The bottom two-thirds is pale green with shadows depicting black and medium green grass, and very shallow hills at right and left.

Five elves are shown surrounding a grayish/paul green mushroom with a light brown trunk. Each is wearing a different colored outfit and is holding a different colored squidger. Each has squidged a wink toward the top of a mushroom at center; the movements of the winks are shown with thin white or yellow streaks in the air. The elf at right and the one at left each are wearing dull green tops (including pointed hoods) and red leggings and shoes. The right one has a gray squidger; the left one a yellow one. The elf just to the right of the mushroom, with visible face, has a red top and green below, with green squidger. The elf just to the right of the mushroom, without a visible face, is wearing a yellow top with green below, with red squidger. The remaining elf, to the left of the mushroom, has a red top with yellow below, and blue squidger.

A large number of winks (blue, dull green, green, red, dark brown, and yellow) appear on the grass, in the air, and on top of the mushroom.
