The top label has a white outer border, then a black outline. Inside is a border of winks in a repeating sequence of 5 colors (red, blue, yellow, dark gray, and green); each wink has a black outline. Inside the winks border is a black outline and then a white border. The main cover art appears within the white border frame.

"TIDLEYWINKS" (in red with white then black outline, then spotty gray shadow) appears on an uneven baseline across the top green background. The green background occupies approximately 1/3 of the top portion of the cover, and curves down to the lower right corner. A red background appears below the green background, separated by a black line.

A poodle appears at left, standing on its hind legs on the red background, with black hair on head and tail, brown otherwise, and wearing a fluffy ringed cloth around neck. The poodle is holding a blue cup it its mouth. The poodle is casting a shadow over the red and green backgrounds.

A clown is shown at right shooting winks, wearing a black skullcap and white outfit, with big dark blue balls on sleeves and front, and frilly collar. The clown is also casting a shadow.

A natural wooden cup (1 15/16" top diameter, 1 13/16" bottom diameter, 1 3/8" minimum diameter above protruding base) with sides slanting inward toward the base. A brown ring appears at the top of the base. The cup is shiny on the sides but not inside or on the bottom.

Squidgers (1 1/8" diameter, bone): 2 red, 1 medium blue, 2 yellow (one dirty).

Winks (21/32" diameter, bone): 28 red, 31 medium blue, 31 yellow, 15 white.
