Red background. Wraparound label: red border with "No. 1" (dark blue) at top center. The inner border consists of an outer dark blue border, then two long dark blue stripes on each side, except large blocks of blue in each corner.

Inside the blue border, yellow/green vertical bars appear at top with "TIDDLEY-" (red with white then light blue shadow) "WINKS" (same coloring) appears at bottom on a white background with yellow/brown cup at left. A hand (with white sleeve) appears at right, holding a blue squidger on a blue wink. Four additional blue winks appear on the white tabletop along with a portion of a fifth one.

A yellow wink appears to left of the cup, and a red and green one to its right.

"THE POPULAR GAME OF THE SEASON" (dark blue with white up-shadows) appears below on a yellow rectangle with a yellow then white outer border.

At the lower right, on the red outer border, "CANADA GAMES CO." (dark blue) is shown.
