The top label has a white outer border that is cut off on most sides in various copies examines. The label has a black outline frame, then an orange border. Inside that border is a border with a black square and orange dot (with black accents) in each corner, then a gap, then a decorative line on each side consisting of a black square with an orange dot, then a black rectangle with an elongated oval in blue with black accents, and then repeating those two items until ending in either two black squares each with orange dots (on the top one), or one black square with an orange dot (on the remaining sides). Inside is another orange border and then a black outine. The inner background is yellow in the top 3/4 of the illustration except orange at left, and in the bottom 1/4, a light green square patterned surface on which play occurs.

"T" (large leter, blue inner and light blue outline then a black outer outline) appears at upper left over an orange wink. Thereafter, each of the letters of "IDDLEDY" appears (white with black oiutline) on winks of varying colors: "I" on yellow, "D" on green, ""D" on orange, "L" on blue, "E" on yellow, "D" on blue, and "Y" on green. Each wink has a black outline and shadow to the lower right.

"Winks" (red with black outline) appears below "DDLED".

Near the bottom, a right hand (black sleeve, gray cuff, golden cufflink) appears from the left, holding an orange squidger on a blue wink on the green playing surface. Starting above that blue wink, a stream of winks appears in a parabola up and over to above the yellow cup (very slight concave sides) at right. Those winks are green, yellow, blue, orange, green, and orange.
