The top label has a pink outer border, and then an overall yellow background.

"COMBINATION" above "TARGET" (at an angle upward to the right) above "WINKS" (in blue with black outline and shadow down and to the right) appears at top with a yellow background.

The main illustration fills the bottom two-thirds of the cover label, depicting a sleeping clown (white outfit with red spots, red curled boots, red hat, with a multi-sided star on its chest and a smiling face within the star, red lips, white face) with its mouth open, laying on the floor with its back against a wooden box.

Behind the clown is a circular object (very light pink) and a placard (pink) with "CIRCUS" (black). A blue barrel with brown stripes appears behind the clown, with a very large die and a three-legged red stool on its side.

Conjoined ladders appear behind. Two bears are exiting the tent to a blue outside at right center rear. A large blue ball appears at right.

In the foreground beside the clown is a stick with a string and a reddish bottom, a blue and tan discus, and a blue/black bown with a metal handle.

At bottom left (in black): "7741" over "©" over "McLOUGHLIN BROS." over "INCORPORATED" over "NEW YORK".

The bifold game board measures 27" by 9 1/4" when open and 13 1/2" by 9 1/4" when closed. The back of the board is a black underlabel.

The playing side of the game board has a multicolor label over the black underlabel.

A squidging-off point appears on each of the two ends, where an oval piece of green felt (3 1/2" by 2") is attached inside an elongated tan oval. The corners outside the ovals at each end contain a decorative design with a yellow-flower in a yellow circle and light purple filigrees around it.

The center of the game board contains a target consisting of concentric circles separated by a green border that has black dashes and black boundaries in a lozenge shape. The outer ring,, marked "1", is blue. The next inner ring, marked "2", is white. The inner ring, marked "3", is red. A red circle with a thin black border appears at center inside the "3" ring, perhaps where a cup is to be placed.

Between the target and the squidging-off point at each end is the same color illustration of three clowns. The clowns are standing on a tan background and are casting gray shadows. The background becomes light blue around the tops of the clowns. At the bottom of each of the clown illustrations, "McLOUGHLIN BROS" over "INCORPORATED" over "NEW YORK" appears in pale gray.

The left one (green conical hat, red sleeves, red polka dot on white half pants, red stockings, blue fringe around the waist, yellow top with star on back (with blue circle and red ring around it) is upside-down, with his hands near the floor.

The center clown is leaning over with his butt facing the viewer, with a concentric target (blue at center, yellow ring around it, and red ring around that) on his butt. He is wearing an orange/yellow hat with black stripes, green sleeves, a redd top, white frills around his waist, and blue leggings.

The right clown is also showing his butt to the viewer, on which an 11-pointed blue star appears on a yellow circle). He is wearing very baggy red overalls, green sleves with red and blue elbows, a green half-top, and a conical hat in whit with red rings on it.

The areas with the 3 clowns also has the yellow flower and pink/lightpurple filigree design in the two bottom corners.

One copy of this game (MCL-32c1) only contains the game board.

Squidger (1 1/4" diameter, bone): 1 brown.

Squidgers (1" diameter, bone): 1 deep purple, 1 offwhite, 1 yellow.

Winks (23/32" diameter, bone): 4 white.

Winks (11/16" diameter, bone): 4 deep purple, 4 yellow, 4 brown.
