The game comes in a 10 1/2" by 8 1/2" by 1 3/16" rectangular box with a dull dark red underlabel. The cover shows a man (brown suit), girl (white/blue dress), and boy (red shirt with blue collar) at a green table. The round wooden target has 5 rings of pins plus a single pin at center.

The target has a round (8" top and bottom diameter) natural unfinished wooden base onto which a round white label is attached, with "20" at center, "PATENT No." above it in a curve and "22446" on a curve below, in black.

There are five concentric black circles around it, with metal nails along their circumference and also at center with the "20" marking.

The outer circle has nails into the board with markings of 5, 7, 15, 7, 5, 20, 7, 15, 5, 10, 5, 20, 7, 15, 7, 10, 5, and 20 (clockwise). The next circle in has markings of 13, 6, 10, 3, 13, 6, 10, 3, 13, 6, 10, 3, 13, 6, 10, 2, 13, 6. The next circle in has markings of 8, 5, 11, 6, 8, 5, 11, 6, 8, 5, 11, and 8. The next circle in has nails by markings of 7, 6, 5, 1, 6, 5, 1, 6, 5. The inner circle has nails by markings of 2, 2, 2, 2.
