"PETER PAN SERIES" (in white) appears at upper left. "MADE IN ENGLAND" (in white) appears at upper right.

"TIDDLEY WINKS" (in yellow with red border) appears on a concave-down curve on a curve of multiple spectral colors (red, yellow, green, blue, indigo) across the top. "AND" (in red) appears below, and "HOOPLA" (in white) below it.

The upper left and right corners of the cover illustration depict greenery.

Below "HOOPLA" is an illustration of two gnomes, each holding a very large squidger, with a large red pot tilting to the left just right of center. A brown deer appears to the right of the red pot.

Various small flowers appear across the bottom of the cover.

The box top apron extends about 1/3 down from the cover and has "TIDDLEYWINKS& HOOPLA" (red with yellow outline over a blue background on the long aprons, and "TIDDLEY WINKS" over "HOOPLA" (in red with yellow outline) on the short aprons. The box bottom aprons depict a rabbite, a red mushroom, a red wink, a red runner, and a flower (on the bottom apron); two figures, a brown rabbit in a green wheelbarrow, another figure, a red wink, and and another figure (on the top apron); a figure on a turle, another figure, and a yellow/red-roofed house with "MADE IN ENGLAND" (in black) (on right apron); a figure holding a red wink, an amorphouse red and yellow item with green pot at center, and another figure at right (on left apron).

The box bottom has "HOOPLA" (red with black right shadows) and 12 numbered sections below with various illustrations.

Red compression-molded pot (1 3/4" top diameter, convex sides except short area by base that is concave, 1 1/8" bottom diameter) with 3 protruding rings around center and "P" above "8" above "R" protruding in stylized letters on the bottom.

The cup fits in a 1 3/4" diameter hole in a numbered cardboard target that fits in the box bottom as a build-up. The 4 outer corners are marked "5" (white) on a red nearly triangular background. A half circle with "25" (white) on orange appear at left and right sides in the longer dimension. "10" (white) appears on blue at left and right inside the "25" areas. "15" (white) in a green circle appears adjacent to the "10" areas. The remaining area is marked "20" (red) on a yellow background around thee hole for the pot.

Squidgers (1" diameter, quality plastic with no burrs): 1 green, 1 very pale blue, 1 yellow, 1 red.

Winks (5/8" diameter, quality plastic with no burrs): 4 green, 4 dark blue, 4 lighter yellow, 4 lighter red.
